Latest video from Loop Media. All I can say is….Damn! I wanna go!
Japanese Sea Bass With a side of LOOP
The LOOP Army has no boundaries. It was great watching these guys ripping up some Japanese Sea Bass but I found myself seriously impressed by the night footage of the city. I was lucky enough to visit Japan once and now I’ve got a spot to visit when I make it back again! More vids on their Youtube page… or if you feel lucky (or read Japanese) you can try to dance around the website.

Loop Army Charity Event
Every year we are fortunate enough to volunteer for a charity event held at Twin Lakes Golf Course. Hole #15 on the course has a large pond on the right side of the fairway that is stocked with rainbow trout ranging from 16 inches to 30+. During the charity golf tournament players are able to fish for a score on #15 and the size of the fish you catch determines the score you take on the hole. We are one of a few sponsers that works with Kootenai Electric Cooperative to help put together this tournament every year.

Brian and I were lucky enough to be able to volunteer our time on the golf course for a friday afternoon. Between the two of us, we caught 8 fish over 20 inches for the day…I caught 7 and Brian caught 1. It is a nice change of pace for a couple of guides to have the chance to go out and have some fun and actually get a line wet, instead of trying to point out fish for clients and rowing all day. Although the job of guiding is as fun of a job as you can get, it can get frustrating just like anything and it is a nice change, to be able to just fish.

For several years now, Kootenai Electric and Castaway fly shop have been donating time and money to this golf tournament. The Loop Army has been happy to help during this event and will continue to come back as many times as they will have us. We would also like to thank Texas Roadhouse for providing lunch at the tournament for everyone.
Video coming soon.
